The
Golf Club at Fleming Island
Ranked by Golf Digest as the 5th Best New Affordable
Course in the Nation, the Golf Club at Fleming Island offers a championship
layout that accentuates Florida's most beautiful natural features.
Designed by renowned Golf Course Architect Bobby Weed, this exciting par
71 has five tee sets ranging from 4881 to 6801 yards. From a blank canvas
of ordinary timber and wetlands, Weed sketched two nines of differently
styled golf. The front nine is open, with waste areas and wetlands creating
a links feeling. The back nine has been carved out of standing timberland,
providing an atmosphere of solitude, all within the context of the natural
terrain.
